I applied online. I interviewed at Unum (Portland, ME) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very candid comfortable interview process. They asked insightful questions and made the process feel more like a conversation. They made it easy for me to highlight my accomplishments. They took me though the building which is very impressive and the interview took place in a glass office space.

Interview
Applied online and 2 days later received an email requesting a phone interview for the following week. Phone interview went okay and I didn't think I would get a follow-up, but the staffing consultant sent me an assessment to complete online right after the phone interview. Completed that the next day, and 20 minutes later received an email requesting an in-person interview for the next week. In-person interview started off with 2 managers in the department who described the role thoroughly. Then went into a 2-person interview with members of the department and then switched an interviewed with another 2-person panel. It was extremely relaxed and felt like a discussion, as opposed to an interview. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I am currently waiting to hear back from them.
