Phone interview, online test/assessment based on critical thinking skills, and then onsite interview which lasts about 2.5 hours. There was a review and q&a of the position/company. After that there was a short exercise to complete. Next, two 45 minute interviews with two person panel. After that, I was free to go and heard back the next week.

Very Professional HR was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to get to know you, during the onsite interview had three separate board interviews which involved individuals who are in the position your going for, all questions asked are STAR, and behavioral. Everyone wanted to make you feel like your at home and wanted to learn more about you, you were free to ask questions and they didn't mind how much time you had.
