I applied and shadowed on the unit I interviewed for. I also got to ask questions about the unit and received accurate information. The interviewer was thorough with asking about my background. He was also very honest about the job and it's duty.

it took me 2 days to get an interview everything ran smoothly; supervisor was very nice and told me things about the company hours to choose from what area i wanted to work due to me having so much experience

The interview was very quick and easy. The person giving the interview seemed to be in a hurry. When i did get the call back the person that interviewed me was gone. I work for a while but the PCA life wasn't for me.
