I was reached out to via AngelList and the recruiter I spoke to was very personable. I could really feel the positive energy when describing the company, which got me interested in doing the in-person interview. Upon meeting the leadership team, I also noticed the same passion across the board. They all did a great job describing the amazing company culture, credible leadership, and the opportunity to learn from an experienced and talented team. Everyone seemed prepared and the interview lasted about 1.5 hours - met with 3 people for about 30 minutes each. All interviews were very insightful and gave me a good sense of the role + company. It was a smooth and organized process. They had great communication and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I got an offer about a week later so it was a pretty quick turnaround time and I'm glad I accepted.
