Interview
Very structural. There are 3 rounds after call with HR. And every round I would say pretty complicated. But interviewers are very professional and you don't have a feeling that they try to brake you.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Upgrade (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
First 30 min call with HR regarding your experience, background etc with 1(try catch block) technical question to answer.
1 hour technical interview with one of the QA member, it was pretty engaging session with questions on everything you worked, Java, Selenium, RestAPI, Jenkins, testing process etc. The interviewer was very professional.
I was not selected for further rounds though. Entire process was clean and proper communicated. Looking forward for another opportunity with Upgrade.
