Terrible interview process and experience. In my opinion and based on my sole experience, I do not recommend applying or working here at all. Was contacted by a recruiter re my application and was informed that the process was three rounds. Three rounds actually meant 9 interviews total (they just like to call it three “rounds” ) which they did not share or otherwise would not have interviewed. Each interview was 30-45 minutes totaling around 5 hours. Ended up receiving an offer and they asked me to decline future interviews at other companies. We discussed compensation, they sent me benefits, and we discussed a start date. After that I was ghosted. Eventually the recruiter reached out to me after 10 days and told me that they “unfortunately need to take back my offer because they continued interviewing other candidates after sending me an offer and found someone more senior.” They asked me to stop interviewing further, yet they continued to interview other candidates which is incredibly unprofessional. The hiring manager never reached out to apologize, nor did the head of the department. An absolute complete waste of time and very unprofessional especially for a legal role. Dodged a bullet here, but it is frustrating how many candidates are having their time wasted by this company. Overall this interview process lacked professionalism. Lastly, the company followed me on my personal Instagram during the interview process. Completely unprofessional and a violation of my privacy.
