Upgrade Systems Analyst, Operations interview questions

Straightforward interview with the recruiter. The recruiter explained it more as a data analyst role. However, during the skill assessment was awkward on their end. The reason being is they have you do a basic SQL (comparison) and Python script (overall stats). They were using outdated processes and didn't have enough time. As someone who is an expert in data analytics, I called them out on their lack of preparedness and would not accept a position here. Maybe my standards are higher, but I expected more. Also, they aren't DEI friendly. They did not accommodate for my disability during my assessment.
