Upstart Associate interview questions

So I actually didn't get very far in the interview process because an interviewer reached out for my availability and never followed up afterward. I responded within an hour of receiving the email and had checked in 3 times after the initial contact, but have never heard back. I won't take this personally but it's a very curious way to handle the interview process.
