Upstart Associate Training Manager interview questions

The recruiting screen was great. Recruiter spent a lot of time talking about how Upstart likes to retain great candidates even when the role doesn’t work out. First interview was great. Second started late and felt rushed but still overall great. Two interviews with hiring managers later I get a generic rejection email on a Saturday. The recruiter should have never mentioned the retaining talent piece. I think how companies reject employees speaks volumes about the organization as a whole.
