Upstart Credit Analyst interview questions

you go through series of 3 interviews. First being recruit manager and are asked a series of questions to find if you are a good fit for the position of which you applied. The next interviews are by operations managers and they also ask questions and ask how to handle certain scenarios to perform the job for which you applied.

The interview process was very straight forward and pleasant. The recruiter I worked with as well as everyone I spoke with on the operations team was incredibly welcoming and truly made you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Some of the interview questions can be tricky, and definitely makes you think. Overall, as long as you prepare and explain your genuine interest in working with the company-you will do great!
