Interview
The interview is reasonable in length. Candidates will come to the office and one of the employee will come to greet you. People are very friendly in the office. Depends on the day and position, candidates will likely to meet with three managers. For credit analysts, they will probably meet with Cindy, Briana and one other manager. The will each ask some questions and expect you to answer them as you are prepared. Most of the credit analysts starts with a staffing agency, they will give you what questions the managers will likely to ask. Make sure you prepare for those questions.
It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Interview
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
