I applied online and a recruiter asked me for an interview. It was a disaster. I applied when I was outside of the US and it took 9 emails just to confirm that I was outside the country. During the zoom call the recruiter was completely confused on most things and was very sick.
It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Interview
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
