Worked for the institution for over 5 years and the politics, sexism and lack of growth causes the turnover rate to increase. Great benefits but not a place to grow.
There were three interviews, all perfectly friendly. Two were with managers, one with a subject matter expert.
Interview questions were all fairly generic, was pleased to find that a lot of them were more about attitude than anything else.
