a 30 minutes discussion - mostly focused on my background and the research topic in company - general data analysis methods - the process was cool and without stress - the interviewer was cool and respectful. Generally good experience and good idea behind their work.

The entire interview process moving from initial phone conversation to final round is fairly short, however, they do a bad job in terms of staying in touch and keeping the candidate informed is reflective of how unorganized this company is.
Interview process consists of a phone call, a take home challenge, and three rounds of technical interview session. One round consisting of explaining the project and the other round consisting of technical questions on the spot. During the take home challenge, you are given 8 hours to complete meaning that if you get the e-mail at 8pm be ready to do an all nighter. Also, make sure to check your e-mail consistently because your time begins when the challenge reaches your inbox.
