I applied online. First was a simple phone interview with HR, it was okay. Then is tech phone, no bad. The third is Data Homework, asked to finish within 8 hours. Very straightforward prediction problem. The last part is Zoom online video interview, this part was terrible. 3 rounds in the last interview. First was presentation for the homework. 2 people was there, I don't think they were really caring about what I was saying, no react at all. The second part is discussion about outlier detection, easy part. The third part is some causal talk, no chemistry... And I have to see the connection was bad. I can't hear them clearly, and I highly doubt whether they understand mine. I think I put so much time in the application, they just threw a bad quality zoom interview back. After rejection I asked more details for HR, no respond. General to say, the experience was bad, and I don't feel a lot talent in the team. Anyway, just move on.
