Interview
This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. There was a new store opening so they were hiring a lot of people. They had interviews for a couple of hours and I went in later during the day. There were several tables with a manager or supervisor at each one interviewing groups of people. The manager that interviewed our group seemed uninterested in any of our responses. There was one guy in our group that she was only interested in simply because of his looks (tall, white) . While everyone's responses were very good, she seemed to overlook that because we didn't fit the "physical criteria". In the end, we were asked our availability and that was it. I stayed behind afterwards to wait for a friend that was getting interviewed also. The guy was the only one that was given a survey sheet to complete (meaning that he was going to be hired) I feel like my time was wasted by a biased interviewer.

The interview process was a group interview with other candidates. Overall, it was very easy and comfortable. The interviewers were friendly, and they mainly asked simple situational questions about customer service and team work.
