The application process was pretty quick. I filled out an online application and got a call back about 3 hours after. The store I applied for actually forwarded my application to a higher volume store that was further than I'd like. I went for the group interview the following day, Tuesday, and interviewed with about 5 other people. The questions were basic and typical. Questions like 'Why do you want to work for UO?" "How would you define your style?" and giving prior customer service scenarios were asked of us. It was casual and seemed realax and took only about 20 mins. After that we were given a slip of paper to take the Ethics Survey on a website independent of UO. I took the survey the next day and within a few hours they called with me an offer. Unfortunately, I declined. I was looking to replace my second job with the UO thinking that I would making the same if not more since I have 5 years of retail experience. They were nice and understanding about it and we left it at that.
