Interview
I went to one of the job fair they were having, there were not as many people as I was expected. I filled up the application form, waited for a few minutes then was called for the group interview. There were about 8 people in my group. The guy who interviewed us was really chill, some of the questions he asked was; what is good customer service, what are your hobbies, describe a stressful experience you had. I got an email after two hours, I had to do the survey. It is a pass or fail survey! Take your time to do it.
Two days later I got a call from the manager, he set me up for a second interview which was 1:1. This interview was pretty long, the manager asked you a lot of questions about style, job experience and stuffs like that.
Just be cool, friendly and show your personality. Don't talk too much and don't go there to say nothing. I heard some people saying the pay is too little, that's bullsh*t. The pay is awesome and you get 40% discount.

Quick interview around 20 mins, asked pretty standard customer service questions. Manager who interviewed was nice. Asked about hobbies outside of work, if I was in school, how many hours a week I was looking for

The interview process was a group interview with other candidates. Overall, it was very easy and comfortable. The interviewers were friendly, and they mainly asked simple situational questions about customer service and team work.
