I applied online and received a online survey about three days later. I received a phone call from the hiring manager the following day for a group interview two days later. I was called back and given an offer the following day. The interview was an open interview. There were about 10 of us , split into groups of two. In each group we sat down with 2-3 associates and managers. One group was going over what our inspirations are and we chose and outfit and presented it to our group. The other was more just taking about ourselves in detail to really impress the hiring manager and then we switched groups. A really comfortably interview, it flowed more like a conversation so there's a lot of room to make yourself heard and stand out. I read over Glassdoor a few times before my interview but I felt I needed to add more in detail to make it more helpful to prepare ! Overall an awesome experience everyone is so positive.
