Interview
Very casual. I was asked about myself, my management style and how I develop team members. I was asked about my retail and fashion expert and I I was willing to relocate to a different location. Additionally, they want to know “why urban” and if you are open to working at any of their umbrella stores.
The interview process consisted of a project to completed at work and home. Project consisted of a merchandising plan from start to completion in store. This project and interview process was for the visual merchandising position. The interview also included multiple phone interviews.

One phone interview with a district manager. Sit down interview with the Store and Visual manager jointly. This interview was followed by an morality survey that I filled out online.
