I went in for one of Urban Outfitter's "Job Fair" interviews last Wednesday. Started at 3PM. There was a line of about 40 people or so, I filled out my application and we separated into groups. I was in a group of about 6 people, we were asked questions about our style and why we think we would make good Urban Outfitter employees. The initial interview lasted about 20 minutes or so. Myself and about 3 other people were then asked to stay. The rest of the applicants in the group were told they could leave (in a very respectful way). We then waited around for about 10 minutes and spoke with a manager to make sure they had our correct information. We were told we would know by the end of the day if we got the job or not. I received an e-mail around 9PM that same day to fill out an "Ethics Survey", which I did immediately. I received a phone call later that week, on Sunday morning, offering me the position which I accepted. Overall it's a very simple and fast hiring process.
