Turned in an application during the last week of summer. They called me two weeks later to a group interview. There were 7 of us. Questions were really basic: "Why do you want to work at Urban Outfitters?" "Who are your fashion inspirations?" "What did you like/dislike about your last job?" Then we were given information to take a personality test online which took about 15 minutes and was really intuitive. A couple days after taking the online test, I was called in for a second 1 on 1 interview with a different manager. I got a lot of the same questions plus the question below. It was super casual, and I was told the store manager would call me about orientation at the end of my interview. A week later, the store manager called to tell me my pay and the date of my orientation. Everything went really smoothly! Dress to impress!! Both when turning in your application and to all of your interviews! Show that you know how to put together an outfit that incorporates the trends and styles they offer at their store. Be friendly, relaxed, and prepared for the questions.
