I submitted my application online for part-time/full-time sales associate.
I got a call to come in for an interview in a little less than a week. The interview was very chill. We were just talking and having a conversation as to why I wanted this position and why I chose to apply for Urban Outfitters. The interviewer was very nice and open about the company letting me know everything upfront such as that a lot of multi-tasking was done and that it's not just a folding clothes job. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and then I had to take a survey online.
The survey was a 68 quesiton hypothetical situation test. They say it doesn't affect your standing but it does. It's a pass or fail test and Urban Outfitters will receive the results. I thought it would take the 20 minutes they said that it was times for but I only took about 10 minutes to complete it without rushing. Just read carefully.

The interview process was a group interview with other candidates. Overall, it was very easy and comfortable. The interviewers were friendly, and they mainly asked simple situational questions about customer service and team work.
