I went to an almost cattle-call-like interview where I did have to wait a considerable amount of time (about an hour) for a 2 minute interview with a really nice and personable guy. He asked me about my hobbies and interests and I did. I think he was impressed by my passion for fashion blogging, photography, and the UO franchise. He also asked what one of my former employers would say about me. I told him that I would be called a go-getter and team-player. I put my email down on a post-it and the interview was done. It was very easy and felt more like a screening process. Two days later, I filled out an even easier online questionaire.
The second interview was more detailed. It was with two other girls who got hired along with me. The questions pertained more to retail customer service and conversations about how the management and the job works. The standards of the store like how we need approach customers and how the employees should have their own identities and personal styles.
