First I went to a group interview, there were about 4 people in my group. The interviewer, who was a store manager, asked us some pretty basic questions about our customer service experience and what kind of job we were looking for. After she asked us these questions, she told two of the people in the group that they were done, and she would contact them within the next week about the status of their employment. After they left, she gave me and another interviewee a slip of paper for an online survey, and said it was best if we completed it as soon as possible. I took the survey immediately after, and the next day they called me to schedule a second individual interview . The interview took place a day after the call, the store merchandiser was the interviewer and asked the same questions as before, but a couple more about what trends I was seeing, and what my dream job would be. After answering these questions, she offered me a job as a sales associate and I accepted.
