The first step was applying online. Afterwards, there was a video interview on HireView. You had a chance to rehearse practice questions, but once the interview began, there was only a few minutes to answer each questions and you could not re-do. You are also speaking directly into your webcam (not a person). Afterwards, a recruiter extended an invitation for onsite but due to geography constraints, the team set up a 1.5 hour zoom interview for me. I appreciate the time the team took to interview me, but I wish the experience had been more personal.

Wanted to see my portfolio and my process. A lot of focus on commerciality.
TERRIBLE. Made me do a long interview, then some work and then 3rd interview a whole presentation. And they said i was in the final stage. And then i heard nothing back from them.
