Online application, video interview, in person interview. I went into the store to meet the managers and inform them I was applying. Don't be nervous for the video interview, wear something cute/trendy for the in person interview and have your availability ready on a piece of paper with a follow up email or phone number. show initiative!
Stressful scanning process. Recorded answers to questions with no time to think. An in person interview would have been better. Instead it felt distant and impersonal. I felt I would've gotten the job had I interviewed in the store.
