Retail experience was something I've always wanted in the past. I figured it would give me the communication skills I'd need for future jobs. I decided to apply to Urban Outfitters and was told to attend a group interview almost a week later. I attended the interview very confident. There were 9 others being interviewed as well. Once it began, we gathered up in a circle and the interview began asking questions person by person. The questions ranged from normal to odd. I remember one of them was "If you could decorate your room in any way, what would you add to it?". The people who attended seemed incredibly outgoing, which was a little nerve racking. The interview lasted 20 minutes. I never received a call back. The most outgoing person wins.
