The interview was done in a group, with all other interviewees. Questions were asked to the whole room and people took turns responding. Interview with personality and situational type questions asked to the room. Was more of a social get to know you.

What would you do if a difficult customer wouldn't accept the return.
Stressful scanning process. Recorded answers to questions with no time to think. An in person interview would have been better. Instead it felt distant and impersonal. I felt I would've gotten the job had I interviewed in the store.
