It was a video interview with pretty basic questions. You have thirty seconds to prepare for each question and redo if necessary. It is not as easy as an interview with another person because you are just looking at yourself and can easily get nervous.

There was the first round of video Interview using HireVue followed by the in-person interview a few weeks later. The interview process was quite smooth and they were accommodating to my needs (I couldn't make it in person so they scheduled a Zoom call instead)

What would you change about Urban Outfitters current design system?
Video interview with nobody on the other side. You have 30 seconds to prepare for questions and one practice trial for each question. It is a bit intimidating as you do not have anybody to "bounce off of" while answering. It is very one-sided and easy to become nervous. Look up questions and practice responses before-hand.
