      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Outfitters (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2010

      Interview

I received a response to a resume I submit online. Phone interview was set up by a Human Resource representative. After a standard set of personality and qualification questions, we set up an in-person email that was to consist of 3 people. At the in person meeting I met with 2 of the 3 (The last had a personal emergency and had to leave). Each person including the person I phone interviewed with had a different discription of job duties and responsibilities. One of the interviews was in the lobby which was ackward. Company culture is exactly what you would expect. Young, urban, creative, studio environment. I am still trying to contact the third person (over a week later) to reschedule our meeting. We have exchanged 1 phone call, and 2 emails since. Lots of focus on who you are, what you like....felt a little like a personality test.
