Lengthy but they get back to you pretty fast and keep you updated. Sometimes the interview is with 3 different people so it takes a while to hear the decision but if rejected it takes even longer to get an updated email.

Pretty easy, asked very basic questions. Asked team based questions, about character, and how you handle conflict. You interview with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager then move onto the District Manager for the final interview.
