i applied online, and was emailed about an open interview for all applicants. I went to one of the NYC stores for an interview for one of its new locations. There were many people there, and they made you refill out a paper application, and then grouped you with about 10 others. It was pretty laid back, with questions that were geared towards understanding who you were as an individual for example " what was the last song you listened to", what is good customer experience, who is someone who is inspiration, why do you want to work for urban, where do you see yourself in 3 years everyone seemed to have pretty generic answers, and it seems dificult to tell someones personality through these phony questions. all in all urban has an agenda of who they wan, and they usually know if they want you before they speak. if you dont realize that, youre a fool and probably will never be hired by them. come dressed the part, and walk the walk that they expect you to. BE URBAN OUTFITTERS
