It was a group interview that asked fairly moderate question as to what you would do in certain situation. Nothing out of the blue or too irrational. Very typical to what you what find at a clothing retailer.

The interview process was great, mine was a group interview but I feel everyone had the chance to answer fairly. General retail questions were asked in addition to unique questions to understand your unique personality and how you'll contribute to the culture.

Just asked questions about myself, what type of fashion I like, and past retail experience. Very laidback interview process with interview manager being very personable and easy to communicate with.
Personality based interview, was just asked personal questions about myself. It was a group interview with another girl and after we were both offered positions and went inside together to do some paperwork.
