I saw where they were doing an open hire, was "screened" by an employee then she took my resume and told me I was welcome to stay for a group interview. I did, and the girl interviewing me was very nice. It's obvious that they want not only someone that can do the job but someone that fits their "look" so if you are applying for a job keep that in mind, as some of the people interviewing with me obviously didn't fit that. I received an email asking me to go on to the next step, which was taking this survey online. I'm still waiting to hear back from them on that so hopefully I've got the job! Just keep in mind that Urban is very look-centric, after all they are selling you the clothes, so you've got to fit into that aesthetic. Be confident and honest in your answers, that seems to be what they are looking for!

Quick interview around 20 mins, asked pretty standard customer service questions. Manager who interviewed was nice. Asked about hobbies outside of work, if I was in school, how many hours a week I was looking for

The interview process was a group interview with other candidates. Overall, it was very easy and comfortable. The interviewers were friendly, and they mainly asked simple situational questions about customer service and team work.
