Multiple interviews, one online and two in person. The first in person interview was a group interview with two other people. Make sure you stand out in the group interview because from my experience only one gets a call back. The second in person interview is with the store manager, this one is solo
The interview process was great, mine was a group interview but I feel everyone had the chance to answer fairly. General retail questions were asked in addition to unique questions to understand your unique personality and how you'll contribute to the culture.

Just asked questions about myself, what type of fashion I like, and past retail experience. Very laidback interview process with interview manager being very personable and easy to communicate with.
Personality based interview, was just asked personal questions about myself. It was a group interview with another girl and after we were both offered positions and went inside together to do some paperwork.
