Pleasant and informal. Wanted to know why I was applying and asked personality based questions to see if I would mesh with the team. Interview was a group setting, almost all of us got hired.
Stressful scanning process. Recorded answers to questions with no time to think. An in person interview would have been better. Instead it felt distant and impersonal. I felt I would've gotten the job had I interviewed in the store.
