I filled out an application in-store, and turned and gave it to a manager. Make sure you give it to a manager! Honestly, they decide during that brief interaction whether they want you or not. When they call for an interview, wear something straight from their catalog, or even funkier, but don't "try too hard". Make sure that you seem outgoing in the interview.
