Usually they will have a role or two in mind if they are calling you. If a HM is interested then you will be scheduled for a 30min zoom meeting. The corporate requiters have all been qutie professional however I have had multiple interviews for this company with HMs that seem dis-interested in getting to know you and the only question they ask is "Tell me about yourself" and then they immediately proceed to the part of the interview where you have to ask the questions.

Interview
The HR asked you to do a project but she never got back to you after you sent her your project. No email reply, not pick up the call, NOTHING followed up.
You can just hope they do not knockoff your ideas ... The whole process was very nasty and not professional at all! AVOID!!!

Interview
Met with the corporate recruiter in person then skyped with the Design Director and Creative Director. I was asked to do a project and then was flown out to the HQ.
