Interview
I met with 6 people from the cross functional team. All asked very similar questions. It seemed like they didn't know exactly what they needed to fill this position. It felt very drawn out.

Interview
Emailed me to let me know the position was filled, which was of course unfortunate but I accepted it. About a week later I got a call in the middle of the work day & the women asked if I was still interested, of course I said yes. She went right into her interviewing questions? I was prepping for a meeting & was completely caught off guard & asked if we can schedule a phone interview for another time, that I was running into a meeting & would love to set time a side to chat more about my experience etc. She seemed annoyed but agreed. She never called again on the appointment we set together, which I found very unprofessional & rude. To now know that their is not an actual HR department, it makes a whole lot of sense. My short conversation with her did not give me a welcoming feel & sadly to say, I am glad she didn't reach out.
