UO explains requirements and takes measurements and you must fit them exactly in order to be hired for this position. The management is very respectful and pleasant to interact with. The atmosphere is creative, but still very professional.

Interview consisted of evaluating model’s exact measurements and a brief conversation about the requirements of the position. Prospective work schedule for fit models, the fashion design process and daily tasks were also explained. The interviewer was pleasant and company culture was diverse and welcoming, but highly professional.
