The interview process was fine overall, but communication afterward was disappointing. I was told I'd hear back by Friday/Monday, but it took over a week and a half to get a rejection email. Would have appreciated more timely follow-up. I was also asked to tell them my salary at my current company which I didnt feel comfortable revealing.

Interview
Ghosted...... It goes both ways. In recent times I began to read many articles about candidates ghosting businesses for which they previously were interviewed or accepted an offer. I say it goes both ways. I experienced the opposite. Had a zoom interview for an HR Generalist position located at a distribution center in Gap, PA. Despite reaching out and following up with the interviewer, I was not call or rejected. Left hanging, I was disappointed however I believe my heavenly father has the say over my life so I considered it a blessing. I was already skeptical because reviews indicate employees believe there was favoritism and the HR department was described as "cliquish". So there you go, I guess I wouldn't have fit in the clique nor would I want to.
