Was smooth. The HR recruiter was so responsive, informative, and kind. Was scheduled for the main interview with the team within a week. Didn’t end up getting the job but it was a great interview with relevant questions and a fun team.

Don't waste your time. Went through 6 interviews for an entry level assistant buyer position with the addition of completing a trend board project only to not receive an offer. Throughout the whole interview process I was continuously receiving positive feedback; saying I would thrive at Urban, would fit in great with the team, no reservations moving forward with me. When going over my project, the manager was writing down notes from it. When I received the rejection email and asked for feedback all I got was that I did not sound excited enough about the department I was interviewing for. I was then offered to interview for Anthropologie and turned it down. I was not going to go through the same rigorous process to give them a free trend board and not receive an offer again. When doing the trend board project my recruiter was giving me feedback and told me not to include something and then was asked why I didn't include it by the interviewer. RUN
