A recruiter from the company called me in (July 2022) after the screening about the role which went well, she set up a interview with the hiring manager and other team member and that interview went very well. They set up 2nd interview with team member. That interview also went well. After 3 months the hiring manager sent me an email that I am not selected for this role. I was surprised because the position I applied for perfectly matched my profile and both interviews went well and I was very positive to get through to the third round. Since July 2022 they still looking for that role, It looks like they needs a robot for that role or they are trying to ruin the employee's hopes after the interview.
