I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at V12 (Red Bank, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was as diverse as the people that work here. All - very comfortable, and in open conference room space. We took the time to ensure that not only my resume skillset was what v12 group was looking for, but that our personalities amongst the group were relatable. My interviews ranged from direct manager, to those I would need to have a strong working relationship with. What I appreciated about this method, is that the interviews were not segmented to one operating team, but across the organization.

We reviewed scenario based responses as well as specifics from my resume.
