ETL Developer/Data Analyst Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at V12 (Red Bank, NJ) in Dec 2015

Interview

Overall, it took 3 rounds for the interview process to complete. Firstly, Director of Recruiting called for a phone screening to discuss the things I described about myself on interview. Second round was a technical round by one of the Sr. Software Engineers of the company. Final round was a skype interview for me, where I was I interviewed by the Recruiter & Sr. Software Engineer again, VP of Technology, CIO and SVP of Engineering of the company. The interview lasted about 2 hours. I knew on the same day that they wanted to hire me and I accepted the offer.

They will definitely ask you your work experience, questions related to SQL (same basic some technical like what is database mirroring, about stored procedures, etc. so be thorough with your SQL concepts), and SSIS ( different tasks at control flow level, and different transformations at data flow level).
