I applied online. I interviewed at V12 in Dec 2014
Interview
After submitting my resume in response to a post on LinkedIn, I was called in for an interview at the company’s headquarters in Red Bank, NJ. I applied for the role of Success Coach, which had been recently changed to Platform Guru. After a brief synopsis of the company’s history, the Vice President of Marketing explained what the future of the company looked like. Her excitement was palpable and quite honestly contagious. Less than five minutes into my interview I knew that I really wanted the position. Job duties and expectations were clearly illustrated and I was given the opportunity to explain how my personality and particular skill set would make me right for the position. The rest of the interview felt like casual conversation. I felt like they were really trying to get to know me. The next day my former employer emailed me and said that he had gotten a call from V12 Group’s recruiter, which I took as a really good sign. Several hours later I heard from the recruiter and sure enough I got the job! So far, working at V12 Group has been great. Everyone’s really supportive of each other and we all work really hard, but we have fun too. I look forward to going to work everyday.
