During the interview, the HR asked me to turn on my camera. But she kept her camera off and said she was checking if my camera is working fine. Based on my last month's experience, there is a trend amongst HRs & Interviewers to keep their cameras turned off while asking the interviewee to turn on the camera. So I insisted that unless the camera is turned on from their end, I won't turn on my camera. Seems that made the interviewer sort of frustrated and vengeful towards me during the entire interview. What they need to understand is that it is not only that the interviewee is looking for an opportunity, the organization is also looking for a skilled resource. So they cannot afford to ill-treat interviewees.
