Started with a quick 10 minute phone interview after I had emailed about an open Project Engineer position in their Woodridge, IL office. They invited me to meet with the Director of Construction and the Project Manager at their office. We discussed my skills and experiences as well as what the position required. Everyone I met was super friendly and seemed very interested in learning more about myself which I appreciated. Offered me a position in about 2 weeks or so after the onsite interview.
