1. Short call from HR
2. 2 hours zoom interview with 2 team members. 1.5 hours of them focused on questions about my background and experience (challenges, successful outcomes, interesting bugs I found that I caused and didn't cause, technologies I liked using and why, why one db I used was better than another...). The other half hour was about the company, teams and the role. At any stage of the interview, no one could clearly tell me what the role includes (I understood later it's because they had several new positions with different requirements but they weren't sure exactly what's required for each role). The interviewers were very nice and pleasent.
3. 1 hour in-office interview with the group leader. 15 minutes were questions about my experience and showing me the products and some of the features. Then, 45 minutes of a short coding task. The interview felt unorganized and unplanned.
